Baby shower

Hello everyone,

In January, I gave birth to the sweetest little girl.  What an amazing adventure!
Since then, I've only knittted a few rows... so there may not be much to show for a little while.

Still, I would like to show you what we received at the baby shower.

Nice handmade blankets:

We use them everyday!

Also, these beautiful knits! So much talent!

We look forward to wearing them!

And I'm slowly knitting the Little Oak cardigan.  I'm making it bigger so that it fits when it's completed!

I really miss knitting :)

Have a good week everyone!

ETA: the talented knitters who made those oh so nice gifts!

Congratulations on your little girl, and such beautiful gifts. Wishing you lots of health and happy. I am sure your hands are full as they are without knitting needles :)

Congratulations! Parenting is definitely the adventure of a lifetime, some moments wonderful while others downright hard. Just enjoy the ride, it goes by so quickly!

Congratulations! I've been wondering how things were going and if you've gotten any sleep. Enjoy every second that you can. It really does go by fast.

Great thing about knitting - it'll still be there right where you left it. =)

You might not have spent much time knitting with wool, but it seems like it was because you were too busy knitting up something even better. Congrats!

Congratulations on your baby girl! January babies are sweet (I'm one myself, haha). The knitting will return with time. I remember how much I wanted to knit when my son was first born but I had no time! You received some beautiful handknits!
